The Services link to or rely on third-party platforms, including Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Flightsim.to, Tebex, Newsky, VATSIM, and Southeast Airlines. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. SWR Entertainment is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Services, or to gain unauthorized access to any system.

5. Creator Accelerator & Paid Services

Where SWR Entertainment offers paid services (such as the Creator Accelerator or FiveM resources sold through our Tebex store), additional terms (including pricing, refund, and cancellation policies) may apply and will be presented at the point of purchase.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
